Attention 2016 AU Breeders

If anyone has not been paid, your capital prizes or other funds owed, please immediately mail a “signed” letter with your name, address, phone number and the amount owed to:

Mark Karges
15630 Cecil Ave
Riverside, CA 92508
951-515-5903

There will be a meeting of handlers this coming Wednesday morning, March 29th, and they will go to the county Sheriff and file a police report against the convention committee.  They will then go the  county prosecutor and ask that criminal charges be brought against the convention committee members.

If you want to be a part of that claim and have unpaid funds owed to you, immediately send a “signed” letter to Mark Karges with your name, address, phone number and the amount owed, and your info will be related to the sheriff and the county prosecutor.  You will need to get your letter to Mark by Tuesday, March 28th, for it to be given to the prosecutor, though later mail will be given to the prosecutor over time.

You may also email Mark at karges100@gmail.com but you will still need to send a “signed” letter with the amount owed to you if you want that info to go the prosecutor.

Please forward this to all the 2016 AU breeders that you know, so they can have a chance to participate in this attempt to involve law enforcement and the prosecuting attorney in this situation.

It’s a shame that it has come to this extent. I will be mailing my letter tomorrow morning.

Has the AU even put out a statement about this? This seems as ridiculous as their handling of the Peta crisis and the illegal gambling case. It sounds to me like the AU has a serious lack of leadership. I was disgusted by the recent AU Update, where they have implemented a 50 dollar fee to file a complaint. Their reason for this was to hopefully cut down on the amount of complaints. Crazy! Shouldnt this be free? As a national organization, shouldnt this be part of your job? Listen to the people of your organization, if there are that many complaints, i think its time to set up a special department for this. What is your purpose if not to support and fulfill all the needs of your membership? The members need to seek out and elect officials with a real drive, focus and passion for the sport. Someone with fresh ideas and leadership skills. I feel sorry for everyone involved in this latest fiasco, but i would expect more of the same until some real changes are made. Just my two cents
